In his role as an Industrial Associate, Charlie works in a highly collaborative way by combining the latest tools and with his own industry and consultancy experience. This enables:

HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to his time as an Industrial Associate, Charlie was the President of the European Ceramics business for a global Advanced Materials business. In this role, he developed a strategy and lead a team to transform the performance of the region. This included regional and site strategies, joint strategies with key customers, M&A, JV’s and disposals. 

During this time, Charlie spent 3 years as the President of The European Ceramics Federation where he took a broader role lobbying the European Parliament on behalf of the industry. 

Charlie has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management and Manufacture from the University of Birmingham. He is based in the South West of the UK but travels extensively.
