We run highly customised talent and capability development programmes for organisations, using research, tools and approaches from across the IfM.

Our courses are always led by an IfM academic, so delegates get access to world-leading experts as well as support to extend their capabilities and have an immediate impact in the workplace.

We organise large-scale events like the R&D Management Conference, enabling delegates from across the world to collaborate and progress thinking in important areas of IfM research.

We organise seminars and events like the Babbage Policy Forum, which brings together an international group of senior academics with interests in industrial policy.

We regularly hold events for industry such as the Cambridge Service Alliance Annual Industry Day. We bring in experts from the IfM, as well as industry collaborators, to discuss how IfM research can support organisations and how they can be involved in new collaborations and engagement with the IfM.

We hold events for the local community, including the annual Cambridge Science Festival at the IfM, where families can experience manufacturing in action through a range of hands-on activities to interest and inspire children and adults alike.

We support the creation and dissemination of content including white papers, articles, podcasts and webinars to connect IfM research with the wider community.
