Join a vibrant network of industrial member companies and researchers to share best practice and develop practical solutions to current and emerging technology and innovation management challenges.
The Strategic Technology & Innovation Management (STIM) Consortium’s goal is to build a sustainable collaborative research-practice network delivering benefits to both industrial and academic communities.
Access a network of firms from a range of industry sectors to share experience through a regular series of consortium meetings.
Have a perpetual licence to use the research outputs from the programme, with each project aiming to deliver a practice-oriented deliverable, assembled to form the annual ‘deliverable pack’.
For participating researchers, the STIM programme ensures industrial relevance of research, enabled by regular interaction and access for interview and case studies.
STIM is an annual rolling programme, refreshed each year in terms of focus and membership. The programme is organised around a schedule of strategic technology and innovation management projects, jointly developed at the launch meeting, providing a platform to support exchange of experience by participating firms.
The core programme of events is enhanced with additional knowledge transfer/exchange events including masterclasses, webinars and exploratory workshops to provide member companies with relevant knowledge in selected STIM topics and challenges.
