He founded ProBalance, where he helps manufacturing companies balance sustainable transformation with sound business development, leveraging his deep knowledge of future sustainable production, innovation, digitalisation, and customer engagement.

At Grundfos, he facilitated value creation between the STIM consortium and Grundfos for five years, piloting new technology management methods and implementing roadmapping. Additionally, Christian has significant experience in project portfolio management, aligning projects with strategic objectives to maximise stakeholder value.
