Lory Peresson-Robinson is a Project Manager with the Executive and Professional Development (EPD) Team. Her role involves managing bespoke programmes for clients and running internal projects.

Lory joined IfM Engage in January 2019 as a Project and Operations Manager and moved to the EPD team in November 2019.

EXPERTISE

Lory supports clients and her team by:

• managing and facilitating the delivery of our bespoke programmes, including organising psychometric assessment profiles for delegates;

• creating programme evaluation surveys following Kirkpatrick principles, then collating and reporting results;

• running the systems and procedures to manage the client interface and delegate data;

• investigating and implementing new and improved ways of doing things.

HIGHLIGHTS

Lory has worked in a range of different executive positions including Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, Business Coordinator and Project Manager within different industries including Education, Consultancy, Manufacturing and Marketing. She also ran her own business for a few years.

Lory has an MBA from University of Valladolid (Spain) and a BSc (Hons) in Administration and Management with a specialisation in Methods and Procedures from University of Technology for the Central Region (UNITEC – Venezuela). Lory is also Kirkpatrick Bronze certified and is working towards Silver certification.
