Lory Peresson-Robinson is a Client Project Manager at IfM Engage, working across the Executive and Professional Development team.
She manages a full portfolio of client programmes, coordinating all stages of the project lifecycle from initial scoping and planning through to delivery, evaluation and close-out.
EXPERTISE
- Full project lifecycle management, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, coordination and progress tracking.
- Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, cost control and profitability monitoring.
- Coordination and administration of psychometric and assessment tools, including Emergenetics.
- Creation of evaluation surveys using the Kirkpatrick model, along with analysis and reporting of results.
- Management of systems and procedures for client communication, delegate data and programme administration.
- Identification and implementation of improvements to processes, systems and ways of working.
- Facilitation of internal workshops that support collaboration, team development and inclusive working styles.
HIGHLIGHTS
Lory joined IfM Engage in January 2019 as a Project and Operations Manager and later moved into the client-project role. She has experience as an Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, Business Coordinator and Project Manager across education, consultancy, manufacturing and marketing. She also managed her own business for several years, gaining experience in service delivery, client engagement and organisational development.
