COURSE OVERVIEW
The training phase involves 15 three-hour online sessions which cover six modules:
- Roadmapping fundamentals
- S-Plan, OxF Matrix and T-Plan methods
- Train the facilitator
- Other roadmap applications
- Tool integration (with roadmapping)
- Updating and embedding the roadmap

WHAT IS ROADMAPPING?
Roadmapping is a powerful strategic planning technique that is integral to creating and delivering strategy and innovation in many organisations. The graphical and collaborative nature of roadmaps enables strategic alignment and dialogue across functions. Extremely flexible, roadmapping provides clear direction and alignment of specific needs at all levels, including functional, organisation-wide and even collaboration between organisations.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The programme is appropriate for people wanting to acquire a deep understanding of roadmapping, including:
- People wanting to become roadmapping practitioners.
- Roadmapping practitioners who want to increase their roadmapping knowledge and expertise.
- Consultants in innovation, product development, technology management, strategy, foresight and related areas.
- Academics in innovation, product development, technology management, strategy, foresight and related areas.
COURSE STRUCTURE
The training programme includes six modules and 15 three-hour online sessions. It will start on 18 January 2024, and will continue with one session every week.
ACCREDITATION
On completion, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
