EXPERTISE

Zongshuai has expertise in both manufacturing and intellectual property. He hopes to contribute his interdisciplinary experiences to help governments and industrial organisations in the perspective of technology policy to drive economic development.

HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Policy Links, Zongshuai worked as a senior intellectual property analyst in a multinational company’s R&D centre in Singapore. The three-year experiences provided him with hands-on knowledge in innovation and advanced technology management. Meanwhile, Zongshuai is qualified to practise law in China, and he passed the CFA Level 1 examination.

In 2022, he was awarded the master of laws (LLM.) specialising in intellectual property laws with distinction by the University of Edinburgh. Before that, Zongshuai acquired his first master’s degree specialising in technology management from the National University of Singapore in 2018 and a bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering from Jilin University in China.
