Our bespoke programmes are tailor-made by diligently applying the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model approach combined with our deep knowledge of manufacturing and technology based businesses and the global and national ecosystems in which they operate.

Our bespoke programmes can include: residential and/or remote taught modules, blended learning elements, remote tutoring, psychometric profiles, project work, coaching and assignments.

We offer two main types of bespoke programmes:

Talent Development Programmes for larger organisations aimed at developing high potential individuals. These are typically 10–20 days over a four-to-nine-month period.

Professional Development Programmes for a specific group of delegates centred around a particular career, national or organisational need. These can be from two days to three weeks long.
