CASE STUDY: Accelerating Innovation in Healthcare
IfM Engage supported the charity YPMH (The Foundation for Young People’s Mental Health) using Roadmapping and related Strategic Technology and Innovation Management (STIM) methods.
The project impact included:
- facilitated multidisciplinary conversations with experts across the mental health ecosystem enabled YPMH to gain a deeper understanding of the key contexts and challenges in providing support to young people with chronic physical conditions.
- a clear direction for YPMH and plan to engage with charities to improve the support available in this area.
The project also resulted in the publication of the report Changing Minds, Changing Lives with the charity YPMH.
