Amanda Bamford is a Learning and Development Specialist and works with large and small organisations in the design, development and delivery of Executive and Professional Development courses and programmes. She has been part of the IfM Engage team since April 2015.
EXPERTISE
Amanda has a passion for learning and helping individuals and organisations develop in different ways to realise their potential. Her areas of expertise lie in:
- Designing learning experiences to meet learners’ needs ranging from traditional classroom-based learning to blended, remote and fully self-paced learning.
- Delivering large bespoke talent development programmes.
- Creating short-focused clustered programmes and short courses to meet specific development requirements.
Amanda’s keen interest in Belbin team roles can also add to the learning environment. Helping individuals recognise different behaviours in themselves and others can enhance the effectiveness of not only a team but an organisation as a whole.
