COURSE OVERVIEW

Managing commercial innovation is challenging, and it can be difficult to navigate the complexity in technology-intensive industries.

This one-day executive course guides you through the strategy, systems and people needed to improve innovation management in your organisation.

Designed for senior technology and business leaders, it provides an overview of the Institute for Manufacturing’s evidence-based approaches to putting innovation management into practice.

The course covers international standards for innovation management and presents the IfM’s framework along with a high-level overview of practical tools and methodologies for innovation management. This is coupled with detailed ‘how to’ guidance for implementing and improving innovation management approaches in a commercial organisation.

Course booking includes a detailed self-assessment tool for evaluating your company’s maturity level across key areas of technology and innovation management, along with a free follow-up session to work with the course instructor to interpret the results and consider options to mitigate performance gaps.
