In addition to the statutory responsibilities and duties of a director, Paul’s role is to ensure a close, effective and mutually beneficial working relationship with Cambridge Enterprise. In doing so, he aims to maximise the impact of the results and outcomes of IfM research programmes.

HIGHLIGHTS

Paul is Deputy Director of Cambridge Enterprise Limited and was previously Head of Consultancy Services for six years, during which period he doubled the team’s turnover. He has considerable experience in technology transfer in the commercial and higher education sectors as well as the NHS. He also spent five years as a senior scientist with a Cambridge biotech company that had spun out of the University of Cambridge, helping it to develop its med-tech business.
