Dr Pavan Manocha is an international management consultant and expert in operations strategy, industrial sustainability, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and project management. He practices at the intersection of innovation and decarbonisation technology leadership and sustainable supply chain management.

Pavan has over 25 years of large-project cross-functional international sustainable supply chain, corporate strategy, and project management experience, primarily within the energy and process manufacturing industries.

Highlights include helping global corporate and public-sector organisations configure sustainable supply chains that deliver net-zero and energy transition outcomes.

Selected engagements include:

· Provided quality assurance and project oversight to a business process transformation initiative targeted at realising technology enabled supply chain efficiencies across a large U.S. food cooperative;

· Industrial fellow retained by a Silicon Valley venture capital firm to support their portfolio firm. Co-developed a resource efficiency best practice offering to the oil and gas industry;

· Engaged by the Californian Wine Industry to assist in a full lifecycle assessment of their water usage resulting in a series of mitigation strategies including supply chain redesign;

· Principle researcher on a project at the intersection of sustainable supply chain management and corporate strategy, specifically exploring U.S. Li-Ion Battery Supply Chain for EV(s).

Pavan holds a PhD in Engineering and an MPhil in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. He is a member of Wolfson College, Cambridge.
