Gamifying sustainability: Engaging employees for environmental impact

Raynor Foods, the 2023 British Sandwich Association Manufacturer of the Year, has been working with a consortium of partners to create a digital twin factory to track carbon emissions and then gamify sustainability to motivate the workforce to implement improvements.

The S3 project (Smart People + Smart Processes = Smart Factory) aims to create a dynamic, real-time carbon footprint. It is founded on a simple premise – that to reduce emissions you first must measure and monitor, then identify where you can improve, then finally put improvements into effect.

In this webinar, project leads from Consortium partners including Raynor Foods, the University of Lincoln, the Institute for Manufacturing, and Software Imaging will cover how the project is delivering real-time carbon monitoring and motivating the workforce through demonstrating carbon reductions.
