COURSE OVERVIEW
Incorporating digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and robotics into a business requires collaboration from all parts of an organisation.
This course is designed to help management- and executive-level employees with little or no background in IT or technology get to grips with digital technologies and the strategies for adopting them. Your staff in all departments, from operations to finance to human resources, will be better able to prepare your business for this new technology revolution if they have an overview of what these new technologies will bring to your industry.
About the course
The two-day course will provide participants with:

- an entry-level introduction to IoT technology;
- an understanding of the principles of digital platform business ;
- and knowledge of how new technologies can bring about significant change within a business ecosystem.
By combining strategy and technology education, this course will help leaders to integrate technological knowledge and expertise and support a inter-organisational strategy.
Using real-world examples, participants will be taught and supported by leading IfM experts, along with the opportunity to network with other course participants.
