Strategies for managing large stakeholder groups:
A case study from the Semiconductors Infrastructure Project

Managing national and large-scale multi-stakeholder projects requires careful planning and management, and the Institute for Manufacturing’s management tools are well-suited to handling such tasks.

In this webinar, Nicky Athanassopoulou sheds light on how IfM Engage’s experience in structuring diverse data streams and facilitating large workshops can support stakeholder data management and navigating complexities in large multistakeholder projects.

She draws on a recent example of how these techniques were used and adapted for a government commissioned project to help support the UK semiconductor industry. The project involved engaging with over 400 stakeholders, conducting surveys with 140 organisations to collect over 15,000 data points and validating findings through workshops.
